Fatal I-84 Crash: CT 18-Year-Old ID'd As Victim A Connecticut teen was killed when the vehicle he was riding in crashed into two trucks on I-84. The collision occurred in East Hartford around 5:45 p.m. on Thursday, Feb. 16 near Exit 56. Connecticut State Police identified the victim as Yomar Berrios, age 18, of East Hartford. Berrios was a passenger in a 2005 Honda Accord that was traveling in the westbound lanes behind a Freightliner Ms 106 Medium Duty truck when it collided with the back of the vehicle, state police said.
