One Entrapped During Rollover Crash In Western Mass Police in Western Massachusetts are investigating a rollover crash on a residential street that trapped one occupant.  The single-vehicle crash took place around 12:15 a.m., Wednesday, June 2, in the area of 59 Edendale St., according to the Springfield Fire Department. One person was entrapped in the vehicle and had to be extricated by firefighters. The driver was taken to Baystate Medical Center and is expected to recover.  Speed may have been a factor in the crash, officials said.

William Parker, age 22, of Springfield, was shot around 545 p.m., Tuesday, March 16, in the area of College and Shattuck Streets in Springfield, according to Jim Leydon with the Hampden District Attorney's Office.  Parker was taken to Baystate Medical Center for treatment but died later that night.
