Kelley Elementary School, authorities said.  The capsule was spotted on the sidewalk by a staff member on Wednesday, Oct.1 Police tested the substance and confirmed it contained fentanyl, a powerful opioid that can be deadly even in tiny amounts. CT School Bus With 14 Students Crashes With Car A school bus carrying 14 high school students was involved in a crash with a passenger vehicle on Wednesday afternoon, Oct. 1.  Police were called to Stafford Avenue in Bristol, just south of Farmington Avenue, after a bus from Bristol Eastern High School just before 2 p.m. No one on the bus was injured, Bristol police said. The driver of the other vehicle complained of minor injuries and was evaluated by medical personnel.
