CT Teen Who Struck BF's Ex-GF, Friend In Hit-Run Crash Jailed: Report
A 19-year-old Connecticut woman was arrested and charged in a hit-and-run crash that sent two pedestrians to the hospital with serious injuries, authorities said. NBC Connecticut identified the victims as the woman's boyfriend's ex-girlfriend and her friend. Melany Camanero, of Waterbury, surrendered on Thursday, Dec. 12, after a warrant was issued for her arrest on charges of criminal attempt to commit murder, two counts of first-degree assault, and evading responsibility resulting in serious physical injury.
