Authorities have released the identities of the two people killed in a three-vehicle crash early Thursday, Oct. 16 on Route 69 in Prospect.
The crash happened around 5:21 a.m. on Thursday, Oct. 16, at the intersection of Talmadge Hill Road, according to a report from Connecticut State Police Troop I in Bethany.

Man Struck By CT Girls' Basketball Coach Also Charged: Police
A man who police say was intentionally run over by a Connecticut girls' basketball coach has been arrested for his alleged role in the altercation, which reportedly began during a game between two players.
Jason Suprenant, 40, of Columbia, was charged this week with breach of peace and held on a $5,000 bond, according to Connecticut State Police.
