The 38-year-old mother and former star of MTV's “Jersey Shore” was sitting in her car just after an appointment and said she was diagnosed with adenocarcinoma after years of abnormal pap smears. “Not the news I was hoping for but also not the worst news because they caught it so early, thank freakin’ God,” Polizzi said.
