Police ID 24-Year-Old CT Man Found Shot Dead Inside Idling Car Police have identified the man found dead in an idling car early Tuesday morning, May 20, authorities said.  Jordan Patterson, 24, of Windsor Locks, was found just before 4 a.m. with a single bullet wound to his torso in the driver's seat of a vehicle near Irving and Woodland in Manchester, police said.  First responders attempted life-saving measures but were unable to revive him. Man Found Dead In CT Apartment Parking Lot; No Foul Play Suspected Rocky Hill police are investigating the death of a man who was found unresponsive Monday morning, March 31, in a parking lot. Officers responded to the Concierge Apartments at 98 Cold Spring Road in Rocky Hill around 7 a.m. Emergency responders performed life-saving measures, but the man was pronounced dead at the scene. The man’s identity has not been released, pending notification of his family. Police said they do not believe foul play was involved and confirmed there is no threat to the public. The Office of the Chief Medical Examiner will determine the official cause of death.

At approximately 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday, Dec. 25, 2024, the Vernon Police Department received a call reporting a person in the water near 55 Llynwood Drive. Responding officers, firefighters, and emergency medical technicians found a woman in her 50s who had fallen through the ice on Bolton Lake. 2 Pedestrians Hit, 1 Killed in CT, Driver Remains At Scene Two pedestrians were hit, and one was killed by a vehicle at a busy Connecticut intersection.  The crash occurred in Hartford County in Bristol around 4:15 a.m., Monday, June 24, in the area of Pine Street (Route 72) and Emmett Street.
