For the first time in decades, some Hudson River fish are allowed back on the menu. But not without limits. The New York State Department of Health this month announced updated guidance allowing people to eat certain fish from the Lower Hudson River for the first time in 50 years, according to state officials. A plane that reportedly left a Long Island airport crashed into the Hudson River after attempting an emergency landing in Orange County, NY, on Monday night, March 2. 22 Hospitalized After Mega-Yacht With 400 Aboard Crashes Into Hudson River Dock
This story has been updated. Thirty-five people were injured, 22 of whom were hospitalized, after a party cruiser hit a dock in the Hudson River. The incident happened around 4 p.m. Saturday, June 21 in Manhattan, near 125th Street. At least 400 people were on the mega-yacht at the time of the incident, according to ABC 7 New York.
