Man Accused Of Setting Deadly Fire At CT Homeless Encampment Police have arrested a man in a deadly Connecticut homeless encampment fire from last year.  Matthew Kealey, 54, was arrested in connection with the case after the fire on Aug. 15, 2025, behind the Lowe’s on Old Gate Lane in Milford, according to officials, police said.  First responders rushed to the scene after reports that the encampment was burning.
