3 Children Among 5 Found Dead In Carbon Monoxide Incident, Authorities Say
A man, woman and three children were found dead inside an Ohio home in what authorities believe was a case of carbon monoxide poisoning. The victims were discovered on Tuesday, April 15, after a call to 911 at around 10:45 a.m. reported multiple unresponsive individuals inside a residence in Clay Township, on State Route 7, according to Gallia County Sheriff Matt Champlin. A 19-year-old woman was seriously injured when her car veered off the road and plunged 40 feet down an embankment, authorities said. The crash happened near the intersection of Woodland Ridge and Golden Street in Meriden on Wednesday, April 9, around 2:45 p.m., according to police. Fire Crews Cut Driver From Overturned Car In Waterford
Quick-thinking fire crews rescued a driver Monday morning, Feb. 24, in Waterford following a rollover accident on Route 85 near the intersection of Dayton Road. At approximately 5:45 a.m., a vehicle rolled over, prompting members of Oswegatchie Fire Company 4 to extricate the driver from the car and transfer them into a waiting ambulance, the department said on Facebook. A follow-up call to the fire company was not immediately returned, and the severity of the driver’s injuries remains unclear.

Police ID Middletown Man Found Dead Inside Burning Car In Crowell
Police have identified the 67-year-old man who was found dead inside a burning vehicle over the weekend. Roger Dailey, of Middletown, was located inside the vehicle at Riverport Park in Cromwell on Sunday, Feb. 16, police said. Multiple people called 911 to report the blaze off River Road. Firefighters didn't find Dailey's body until they had put out the blaze, Cromwell police said. It's unclear what sparked the blaze. The Office of Chief Medical Examiner has ruled the death accidental.
