A 30-year-old New Jersey man is facing federal charges after investigators say he used Snapchat to exploit a child in Connecticut and gave the victim cocaine.
Miguel Francisco Guzman, 30, of Woodbridge, New Jersey, has been indicted with child exploitation and drug distribution offenses, the US Attorney for Connecticut announced on Friday, Sept. 5.
