A German Shepherd and Pitbull got loose from a Park Ridge home Wednesday evening, April 16, Montvale Police Capt. Farinas, 52, of Wilton, was arrested on a warrant on Monday, Dec. 23, stemming from an incident on Nov. 23, at approximately 4: 30 p.m., according to the Wilton police report. Police say the warrant was issued after his roaming dog or dogs attacked and injured a victim in town.
