Deported Maryland Father Linked To MS-13 Was Suspected Of Human Trafficking In 2022: Report Alleged MS-13 gang member and Maryland father Kilmar Abrego Garcia, who was mistakenly deported to El Salvador, was known to the feds as far back as 2022, according to a new report.  According to a report from the Department of Homeland Security, in December 2022, Abrego Garcia was stopped by troopers from the Tennessee Highway patrol when he was unable to stay in his lane.
