It happened at around 4:15 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 10, nearly three miles southwest of Long Beach. Kimberly Clarke, age 44, of Valley Stream, was arrested on suspicion of grand larceny and related charges on Thursday, Nov. 14. Nassau County Police said Clarke, a former special instructions therapist at Family of Kidz in Westbury, billed the business for 52 therapy sessions that were never performed.
