CT Man Took 'Upskirt' Photo Of Shopper At NJ TJ Maxx: Police
A Connecticut man accused of taking an "upskirt" photo of a woman shopping at a Bergen County TJ Maxx was arrested in New York and extradited to New Jersey, authorities said.
Edgewater patrol officers responded to the TJ Maxx at 477 River Road at approximately 6:31 p.m. Friday, July 10, on a report of a suspicious person taking pictures, Police Chief Donald Martin said.
Officers determined a man had taken an "upskirt" photograph of a woman who was shopping inside the store, Martin said.

A 21-year-old Connecticut adventurer who died after an apparent fall near Montana’s tallest mountain was a passionate explorer and gamer who felt happiest outdoors or traveling the world, according to his family.

Erin Piacenti was on her first day back following maternity leave when she was fatally stabbed in Times Square on Monday, Aug. 31.
