Plainville Wreck Closes Lane On I-84; Drivers Should Expect Delays Drivers should expect delays on I-84 West on Monday, Dec. 9, following a reported two-vehicle crash in Hartford County.  The wreck was reported just before 11 a.m. in Plainville. Police and Connecticut DOT workers have closed the right westbound lane of the interstate between Exits 35 and 33 as they clean and clear the scene.  Photos of the scene streamed by traffic cameras show two cars, including one with severe damage, in the right lanes with emergency vehicles at the scene.
