Creepy Questions: Windham Driving Instructor Asks Student About Drugs, Virginity, Warrant Says A now-former Connecticut driving instructor has been charged with disorderly conduct for asking creepy questions such as if they were a virgin and if they wanted drugs of a minor student. Windham County resident Theodore Ohanlon, age 36, of Windham, turned himself in to Connecticut State Police on a warrant from November 2022 on Monday, June 5.
