It happened around 3 p.m. Monday, Dec. 25 in Litchfield County on Route 44 (Canaan Road) in the town of Salisbury. Man Charged With Illegal Gun Possession After Crash On CT Roadway A Connecticut man has been charged with illegal gun possession after state police found a loaded gun while investigating a crash. The incident took place in Litchfield County around 5:30 p.m., Wednesday, Nov. 2, in the town of Norfolk. According to Connecticut State Police, troopers responded to a crash on Route 44 in Norfolk, where Hartford County resident David Kulikowski, age 39, of Avon, drove his Toyota Corolla off the road on Route 44 and collided with a concrete barrier.
