The incident took in Fairfield County at the Mohegan Smoke Shop at 14 Danbury Road on Wednesday, March 29 in Wilton.
According to Wilton Police Capt. Gregg Phillipson Peter Zareski, age 48, came in, damaged the shop, and threw objects at an employee.
An arrest warrant was issued following an investigation and Zareski turned himself in at the Wilton Police Department on Friday, April 21, Phillpson said.
Zareski was charged with criminal mischief and breach of peace and released on a $20,000 bond.
He is scheduled to appear in court on Friday, May 5.
