Norwalk Man Charged With Indecent Exposure After Victim Follows To Get Plate Number A man was charged with alleged indecent exposure after he exposed himself to a woman while she was walking in Fairfield County. The incident took place in Norwalk around 8 p.m. on Tuesday, May 2, on Fillow Street. According to Lt. Joe Dinho of the Norwalk Police, the woman that while she was walking on Monday, May 1, a man in a white Kia Sportage SUV drove up to her and the driver exposed his genitals he then drove off.
