One Injured In Weston Crash
A driver was injured in a car crash in Weston over the weekend, according to the Weston Volunteer Fire Department. The fire department and Weston Volunteer EMS responded to a single-car crash Sunday, July 14 on Weston Road near Woodhill Road, the department said. The car's sole occupant was brought to Norwalk Hospital with non-life threatening injuries, according to Weston Volunteer Fire Department. There was damage to a pole so Eversource was notified, said the department.

Driver Taken To Hospital After Car Ends Up In Snowbank In Weston
WESTON, Conn. — A driver was taken to Norwalk Hospital after a one-car crash in Weston sent their vehicle into a snowbank, according to a Facebook post from the Weston Volunteer Fire Department.Weston Fire and EMS responded to the one-car accident on Cannondale Road at Cindy Lane on Friday afternoon, the post said. The driver sustained non-life-threatening injuries and was transported to the hospital, the post said. E-3, Rescue 5, Car 2, 552 and Medic 500 responded to the scene on a frigid afternoon.
