Officials have released bodycam footage in an officer-involved shooting that left a 48-year-old man in critical condition following an altercation over the weekend, officials said. The Office of Inspector General announced Tuesday, Dec. 3, that it is investigating the shooting, which occurred Saturday night in Hartford, involving 48-year-old Alexander Garay.
