The crash took place in New Haven around 8:30 p.m., Sunday, April 2, at the entrance to the Pearl Harbor Memorial Bridge, according to Connecticut State Police. State police said the crash occurred when a 2008 Mazda 5 driven by a 17-year-old Fairfield County girl, a resident of Trumbull, was stopped on the right shoulder of the bridge when it was struck by the tractor-trailer that was attempting to pass in the "Exit Only" lane. The crash on I-91 took place in East Windsor around 6 a.m., Friday, Sept. 30 near exit 45.
