Police responded to the shooting, at 772 Success Ave.,  around 8:47 p.m., Thursday, March 7, said Stratford Police Capt. Frank Eannotti. Man Killed After Losing Control Of Vehicle, Police Say A 32-year-old man was killed after losing control of his vehicle and hitting a tree over the weekend. Richard Pugh of Stratford was killed Sunday in the single-vehicle crash on Broadbridge Avenue near Success Avenue, said Stratford Police Capt. Frank Eannotti.
