Teen Driving Without License Caught After Crash In Greenwich, Police Say A teenager without a valid license driving a stolen car attempted to flee the scene of a crash in the area, police said. Officers were dispatched to Harding Road in Greenwich at approximately 2:15 p.m. on Thursday, Sept. 6, where there was a report of a crash on the roadway, with the driver of the vehicle running away from the scene. Shortly after their investigation began, Greenwich Police officers tracked down the driver, a 17-year-old boy, whose name will not be released due to his status as a juvenile offender.  Further investigation determined that the car had been reported stolen in …
