A Fairfield County man was arrested after his dogs attacked and injured a victim in November, police said.
Erasmo L. Farinas, 52, of Wilton, was arrested on a warrant on Monday, Dec. 23, stemming from an incident on Nov. 23, at approximately 4: 30 p.m., according to the Wilton police report. Police say the warrant was issued after his roaming dog or dogs attacked and injured a victim in town.
Police allege Farinas failed to meet several legal requirements for dog ownership and allowed his dogs to roam unsupervised.

Jorge Oliva Charged After Pursuit, Assault On Wilton Cops
A wrong-way Connecticut driver led police on a brief pursuit before crashing into two other cars, injuring a driver, and then assaulting two officers, police said.
The Fairfield County incident happened at around 1:30 p.m. Monday, April 15, in the town of Wilton.
Wilton Police said Jorge Oliva, age 48, of Trumbull, was seen speeding in a Honda SUV going northbound in the southbound lanes of Route 7 (Danbury Road) near Ridgefield Road close to oncoming traffic.

An 18-year-old teen accused of randomly stabbing a Greenwich woman while wearing a mask has been placed on a suicide watch.
Ellis Tibere, of Guilford, who appeared in Norwalk Superior Court on Tuesday, Jan. 7, was placed on suicide watch after his attorney expressed concern, following the Monday, Jan. 6, attack in Westport that left the 33-year-old woman in serious condition.

Round Hill Road Crash Leads To DUI Charge, Greenwich Police Say
A man is facing DUI charges after his involvement in a Greenwich crash, police say.
Greenwich Police say they responded to a motor vehicle accident on Round Hill Road on Saturday, June 15 around 11:30 p.m.
Further investigation revealed that a disabled vehicle was involved in an accident, and the driver, identified as Colin O’Toole, 34, of New Haven, was observed to have red eyes and an alcoholic odor, according to police.
O’Toole was also driving the vehicle with a suspended license, police say.
