Update: 5 Students Injured In CT School Bus Crash This story has been updated. Five students were transported to a hospital, and 10 were evaluated for injuries following a crash involving a school bus and a truck in Connecticut. The crash occurred in West Haven around 9 a.m., Thursday, March 14 on Campbell Street near Terrace Avenue. New Haven Public Schools spokesperson Justin Harmon said the students on the bus were headed for Benjamin Jepson Magnet School. Harold Bollings, age 64, of Stratford, was arrested on Tuesday, March 1, on a warrant for the incident which took place on Wednesday, Jan. 12 in Stratford. Two Injured Including Student In Fairfield County School Bus Crash, Police Say A Fairfield County student and a school bus driver were hospitalized after the driver struck a utility pole. The crash took place around 3 p.m., Monday, Feb. 28 on Mill Plain Road in Fairfield. Massachusetts State Police investigators were called to a crash involving a motorcyclist and school bus in Hampden County at approximately 3:30 p.m. in Wales on Wednesday, Oct. 6 near the intersection of Stafford Road and Ainsworth Hill Road. Crash Between School Bus, Motorcycle In CT Injures One, Police Say A crash between a school bus and a motorcycle in Connecticut resulted in minor injuries for the motorcyclist. It happened early on Thursday, May 13, in New Haven County, in Seymour, on South Main Street. As of 8:30 a.m., South Main Street remained closed at Scott Avenue. According to Seymour police, students were aboard the bus, but all "appear to be fine."  Parents have been notified and school officials are on the scene along with representatives from All-Star Transportation which operates the bus system. The cause of the crash is under investigation.

Six Students Hospitalized After Crash Between School Bus, Car Six students were hospitalized in Connecticut following a crash involving a school bus, police said. The bus taking students home from the Ross Woodward School in New Haven crashed with the car at approximately 3:45 p.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 18 on Middletown Avenue. Police said that 17 students were on the bus at the time of the crash. Each was evaluated by first responders before the six students were taken to Yale-New Haven Hospital by paramedics. The other students were released to their parents. The crash is currently under investigation by police in New Haven.
