Two Arrested In Greenwich Road-Rage Incident A road-rage incident led to a fight in a parking lot in Cos Cob on Post Road ending with two arrests, according to Greenwich Police. Police responded to the parking lot around 4:15 p.m. Tuesday after a man reported he had been assaulted following a road-rage incident in the Town of Greenwich, said Lt. John Slusarz.
