Post Office Carjacker Nabbed After Foot Chase In Fairfield County, Police Say A man was nabbed for allegedly robbing and carjacking an elderly woman at a post office in Fairfield County. The incident occurred on Friday, April 14, at the Shelton downtown Post Office. According to Det. Christopher Nugent of the Shelton Police, an elderly went to the downtown Post Office and used the drop mailbox when an unknown Hispanic man entered the rear seat of her vehicle and asked her for money.  The victim gave the suspect money and after the suspect, identified as Francisco Delgado, age 33, of Shelton, told the victim to get out of the vehicle.  Delgado&nb…
