Vintage Plane Involved In Air Show Mid-Air Collision Crash Lands In Trees In Upstate NY
Officials are investigating following a mid-air collision during an air show in the Hudson Valley. The incident occurred in Dutchess County around 3:30 p.m., Sunday, July 28, in the area of the Old Rhinebeck Aerodrome in Rhinebeck. According to the Red Hook Fire Company, two planes that participated in the air show at the Aerodrome were involved in the collision. The department said one plane landed safely at the Aerodrome, and the other one crashed nearby. Cow Crashes Into Car On Busy Upstate NY Roadway
An area driver received a minor injury after striking a cow that was in the roadway in the Hudson Valley. The incident took place around 8:30 p.m., Thursday, Oct. 28 in Red Hook in Dutchess County. According to the Red Hook Police Department, officers were dispatched for a car versus cow auto accident on North Broadway. 'Inexperienced' Teen Driver Crashes Into Parked Cars, Building At Bard College
A teen who hit two parked cars and then slammed into a building at Bard College was an "inexperienced" driver, police said. The incident took place 11 p.m. Tuesday when the Red Hook Police Department responded to a 911 call reporting a ca into a building on Robbins Road at the college in Annandale-on-Hudson, Red Hook Police said. Upon arrival, police found that the 19-year-old Georgia man had driven through a parking lot, striking two parked unoccupied vehicles then reversed the vehicle which went through an unoccupied building.
