Suspect In Murder Of NY Woman Fatally Shoots Himself In Front Of Cops In Stamford A man who had allegedly murdered a woman earlier in the day in the Hudson Valley shot and killed himself in Connecticut in front of police when cornered. The incident began around 9 a.m., Wednesday, Jan. 31 in Rockland County when the Ramapo Police discovered a 56-year-old woman lying on the ground on Innwood Drive suffering from multiple gunshot wounds in the Hillcrest section of Ramapo.
