Fairfield County Man Accused Of Masturbating In Public Parking Lot A 23-year-old Fairfield County man was arrested for masturbating in a public parking lot in Putnam County, police said.  On Thursday, Dec. 10, State Police at the Brewster barracks said they responded to reports of a man masturbating in a public parking lot on Route 22 in the town of Southeast at approximately 7:15 p.m. Maxwell D. Cleary of Bethel was charged with the misdemeanor of public lewdness.  Cleary will appear in the town of Southeast Court in December to answer his charges.

Man, Fairfield County Woman Caught Having Sex In Parking Lot, Police Say A man and woman are facing charges after being busted having sex in a McDonald’s parking lot on Route 22 in Dutchess County, according to state police. New York State Police troopers were dispatched to the McDonald’s location in Dover at approximately 12:20 p.m. on Thursday afternoon to assist a concerned citizen who “reported inappropriate behavior,” according to a spokesperson.
