CT Delivery Driver Busted For Dumping Packages Including Meds For 6-Year-Old, Police Say A Connecticut delivery driver was arrested for allegedly throwing packages in a dumpster instead of delivering them, including medicine for a 6-year-old child. Hartford County resident Brianna Bushey, age 23, of South Windsor, was arrested Saturday, May 22 on an active warrant.
