Man With Expired Registration Caught With Heroin In Wilton A Bridgeport man was nabbed with heroin after being stopped by Wilton Police for an expired vehicle registration. Ovidio Marquez, 25, was arrested Sunday after being stopped and the officer smelled marijuana when he walked up to the vehicle, police said. The vehicle and its occupants were searched and police seized a half-ounce of pot and 10 small wax folds of heroin which totaled 2.4 grams, police added.
