Motorcyclist Found Dead On Roadway ID'd Police have identified a motorcyclist found lying in the roadway following a crash. Kevin Parham, 55 of Norwalk, formerly an Ansonia resident, was found around 7 p.m., Sunday, Nov. 29, at the intersection of East Main, Main, North Main and State streets in Ansonia, said Ansonia Police Lt. Patrick Lynch. The Office of the Chief Medical Examiner ruled the cause of death to be blunt trauma and the manner to be accidental. School Bus With 10 Children Aboard Crashes Head-On With SUV In Ansonia A school bus with 10 children aboard was hit head-on after the driver of an SUV allegedly became distracted by his cell phone. The crash occurred around 8:23 a.m. Friday on North Main Street, between the bus, which was transporting students to Besty Ross Magnet School in New Haven, and the 2002 Chevy Blazer, said Ansonia Police Lt. Patrick Lynch.  The 60-year-old driver, who was traveling north, crossed the double yellow line and hit the southbound bus head-on, injuring the driver of the vehicle, he said.
