Arcturus, officially known as XBB.1.16, was labeled "a variant of interest" by the World Health Organization late last month. Arcturus now accounts for 12.5 percent of cases in the US, according to the latest Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) variant tracker. Man Charged With Stealing Some $35K In Goods From Fairfield County Store Surveillance footage led to the arrest of a man for allegedly helping steal more than $25,000 in goods from a Fairfield County Ulta Beauty store in seven incidents.  The incidents took place in Westport between May and July 2021, at Ulta Beauty on Post Road East.
