Man Injures Employee In Westport Dry Cleaning Bill Dispute, Leaves Without Paying: Police A Fairfield County man upset over a bill is facing a breach of peace charge after allegedly grabbing his dry cleaning from an employee, injuring them, and then leaving without paying.  The incident occurred in Westport on Thursday, March 28, at the Minuteman Cleaners.
