Man Found Passed Out Inside Car At Wilton Home Charged With DUI, Police Say A 21-year-old man was arrested for DUI after allegedly being found drunk and passed out in his vehicle in someone else's driveway. Michael Cella, of Norwalk, was arrested Jan. 1, after the Wilton Police Department received a complaint that Cella was passed out in a running vehicle in their driveway on Range Road, said the Wilton Police. When police arrived on the scene, they found Cella partially seated in the vehicle, engine running, keys in the ignition and detected a strong odor of alcohol when opening the vehicle doors, police said.
