Officers from the New Haven Police Department arrested 48 people and towed the vehicles while targeting suspected drag racing locations on Saturday, Oct. 12. Investigators located specific vehicles to determine which areas to target. Police said that investigators spoke with business owners on Foxon Boulevard, where racers are likely to set up shop.
