Hit-Run Driver Turns Self In After Pedestrian Struck In Norwalk Norwalk police are investigating a hit-and-run in which the driver fled the scene and then later called the police to admit to the crime.  The incident took place around 3:18 a.m., Sunday, May 5, when officers responded to North Main Street at Marshall Street for a pedestrian that had been struck by a vehicle, said Norwalk Police Lt.
