ID Released For Man Killed In I-95 Three-Car Crash
A man killed in a three-car chain-reaction crash on I-95 in Greenwich has been identified by Connecticut State Police. Manuel Carlos DePenna, 58, of Bulverde, Texas, sustained severe injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene of the crash around 9:30 p.m. Wednesday, according to the state police.
