Man Who Took Police On High-Speed Pursuit Nabbed With Glock, Pot, Police Say A man who took Connecticut State Police on a pursuit was arrested by police after another pursuit. The incident began in New Haven County around 9:37 a.m., on Tuesday, Jan. 26, when a trooper assigned was patrolling I-84 in the City of Waterbury when he spotted a white 2018 Nissan Altima committing several traffic violations.  The trooper initiated a traffic stop and the operator, identified as Lukequann Bunch, 26, of Meriden, of the Nissan engaged troopers in a pursuit traveling through the traffic light at the bottom of the Exit 25A ramp.
