Stolen Car Arrest Leads To Recovery Of Property In Fairfield County Quick work by police led to the arrest of a juvenile and another man following the theft of a stolen vehicle and property from earlier thefts. When a 2016 Hyundai Santa Fe was stolen on Tuesday on Midland Avenue in Stamford, Officer Richard Vetter of the Bureau of Criminal Investigations Property Crimes Unit developed information that the suspect was a Stamford juvenile he knew from past incidents, said Stamford Police Lt.
