Alert Issued For Two Missing NY Girls Who May Be Traveling By Train In Region Two New York girls have gone missing and authorities on Long Island are asking the public's help in locating them. The two went missing in Lindenhurst on Tuesday, June 15, and are believed to be together, Suffolk County Police said. Aaliyah Powers, age 16, was last seen at her place of employment, McDonald’s, located at 334 Montauk Highway, Lindenhurst this past Tuesday.  Powers (shown at left in the photo above) is 5-foot-4 inches, about 128 pounds with black hair and blue eyes. Two New Police Officers Join Wilton Police Department Two men police officers have joined a Fairfield County police department after both retired from the NYPD. On Monday, March 15, Kevin Maloney and Matthew Collins were sworn in as Wilton Police officers, the department said.  They come to Wilton after recently retiring from the NYPD. Both will be attending a three-week training academy as well as a three-month field training program before being certified as Connecticut Police Officers.
