Home Health Care Worker Charged After Missing Jewelry Recovered, Police Say A home health-care employee who already had a warrant out for her arrest is behind bars after allegedly stealing jewelry from one of her patients, police said. Officers from the Shelton Police Department arrested Kelly Savage, of Southington, following a complaint that was levied last month by one of her patient’s children. According to police, Savage’s victim was being assisted daily by home health care workers.
