Teen Driving Without License Caught After Crash In Greenwich, Police Say A teenager without a valid license driving a stolen car attempted to flee the scene of a crash in the area, police said. Officers were dispatched to Harding Road in Greenwich at approximately 2:15 p.m. on Thursday, Sept. 6, where there was a report of a crash on the roadway, with the driver of the vehicle running away from the scene.
