Drug Dealer Nabbed By State Police During Raid In Bridgeport, Cops Say A Fairfield County alleged drug dealer was nabbed during a raid by the Connecticut State Police in conjunction with numerous local agencies and the statewide Narcotics Unit. Carl L. Brooks Jr., age 29, of Bridgeport, was busted on Tuesday, Nov. 7, around 5 a.m. at an address on Nob Hill Circle.
