19-Year-Old Nabbed For String Of Westport Break-Ins Following an arrest of a 19-year-old Bridgeport man for his alleged involvement in a Westport home burglary and a series of others, police announced they have identified two Norwalk juveniles who are also involved in the crimes.  Xavier Medel, 19, of Bridgeport, was arrested and charged for his involvement in a Dec. 23, 2018,  burglary at a Sandhopper Trail address, said Westport Police Department Lt.
