Woman Charged With Assault Of Baby In Wilton, Police Say A Fairfield County daycare worker has been arrested after a six-month-old baby suffered a traumatic brain injury allegedly while in her care. On Tuesday, Feb. 9, Wilton Police dispatch received a 911 call from the Goddard School at 385 Danbury Road (Route 7) in Wilton, regarding a 6-month-old boy who was breathing, but unresponsive, said Lieutenant Gregg Phillipson. Police: Mom Under Influence Resists Arrest While Picking Up Child At School A Hudson Valley mom was arrested after attempting to pick up her child from a Fairfield County school while drunk.  Wilton Police arrested Jolene Matthews, 41, of Monroe in Orange County, after receiving a call from the Goddard School for a report of an intoxicated parent attempting to pick-up their 4-year-old child, said Lt. Robert Kluk.  According to Kluk, after workers would not release the child to Matthews she left the area driving south on Kristine Lilly Way in a black VW Jetta. Friday, 5, 2018 after a long illness.  Born in North Tarrytown on Feb. 6, 1984, she was the daughter of Robert and Janis Cunitz Schrader. Lindsay had been a teacher at the Goddard School in Wilton. After graduation from Sleepy Hollow High School, she went on to college and continued her education by earning two masters’ degrees.
