The three people who perished in a raging house fire in Oxford on Saturday, March 23, along with a dog have been identified. The Connecticut State Police identified two of the home's residents as being Karl Maseizik, 54, and his brother Chris “Bubs” Maseizik, 53. The third person was identified as Nanci N. Southwell, 71, believed to be a longtime companion of one of the brothers.
